Ian Rowe is the CEO of Public Prep, the nation’s first nonprofit network to develop tuition-free pre-K and single-sex elementary and middle public schools. Concurrently, he is a visiting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, where he focuses on poverty studies, family formation, and adoption. He is also a senior visiting fellow at the Thomas Fordham Institute and the chairman of the board of Spence-Chapin, a nonprofit adoption services organization.
