Holly Korbey is a Nashville mom of three boys and also an education journalist and author. After unexpectedly taking charge of her youngest son’s schooling for eight weeks, she pinpointed a problem she sees in how we educate elementary students. “He believed he couldn’t do it and he wouldn’t try so hard,” she said.
Erika and Holly also touched on Holly’s book, “Building Better Citizens,” which is about the importance of teaching civics.
